Body Conditioning

Prenatal & Postnatal

Building a strong core, back and pelvic floor muscles will help support your body through pregnancy, labour and recovery. Strong legs, hips and glutes not only support the weight of your growing belly, it also gives you the stamina to sustain a long active labour. Being active and mobile during your pregnancy can do wonders for your labour.

Just as every child is different, every pregnancy is unique and has different needs. We modify our pilates exercises according to your changing body. At Vitality Pilates, we strengthen your deep core muscles, manage your abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti), to help you lead the lifestyle you used to have prior to pregnancy.
